General conditions on every sheet

If any abnormal betting situation is found – bonus hunting, side betting, any tricks to save free games (scatter) to clear turnover or rollover and subsequently deposit to withdraw – the company reserves the right to void any winnings, freeze and forfeit any balance in the account, and/or deactivate the account without cause at any time and without limitation. Promotions can be changed, modified, cancelled, suspended or terminated by the company at any time without prior notice. Participating members must accept and comply with all the terms above as well as all relevant rules and regulations stated on the company website.

The sheet footer shows “Gaming License – valid” and “Certified by 96group.com” with the licence badges PAGCOR and GC and the certification badges GLI, iTech Labs, iovation, BMM, ThreatMetrix, TST Verified and GoDaddy Verified & Secured. One more rule from the live chat applies to every payout: the username must be your full name and the bank account name should look the same.
